Academic Activities

PASIPHAE staff actively supervises and supports doctoral (PhD) research within the Electrical and Computer Engineering domain, in collaboration with the Department’s doctoral programme. The lab offers opportunities for advanced research in cutting-edge areas related to wireless communications, networks, antennas, and emerging technologies in digital and networked systems.

PhD candidates in PASIPHAE are engaged in high-level research activities, contributing to the development of novel methodologies, systems, and applications. Their work often leads to publications in leading international journals and conferences, while also involving participation in national and European research projects.

The research process combines in-depth theoretical investigation with experimental validation, making use of the lab’s infrastructure and state-of-the-art equipment. Doctoral students benefit from close supervision, interdisciplinary collaboration, and active involvement in the international research community.

PhD Position in AI-Driven 6G Wireless Networks

Join a fully funded PhD position at the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU), within the Pasiphae Lab, in collaboration with NCSR Demokritos.
This position is part of the prestigious Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Network ANCHOR (Advanced Network Connectivity using Harmonious Optical and Radio Technologies).
